Can I cancel or reschedule my booking later?
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your date free of charge up to 14 days before your original event date, subject to inventory availability. If the new date falls outside the early booking window, rate adjustments may apply.
Cancellations: Early Discovery bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to lock in both the discount rate and the inventory asset. In the event of a total cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.
Is the discount applied automatically on the website?
No. Because inventory availability must be manually verified for your specific date framework, discounts are calculated and applied directly when you submit your booking inquiry to our WhatsApp.

The Commitment (Deposit): To lock in your Early Bird rate, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required upon booking. This secures your inventory in our Lab.
Fair Play Policy: Discounts are intended for individual event hosts. The Rental Lab reserves the right to review multiple bookings under a single account. If we detect misuse (e.g., booking on behalf of multiple unrelated parties), the discount may be revoked.
The Multiplier (Stacking): Your Early Bird discount can be combined with our Spend & Save program. However, it cannot be stacked with other temporary vouchers or flash sales.
Adjustments: If you need to reschedule your date, please note that Early Bird benefits may be forfeited depending on the new timeline. In the event of a total cancellation, our standard cancellation policy applies.
